  • Gratuities have been taken care of on your behalf for all services included in the itinerary except for the Adventure by Disney guides. There is no need for you to worry about tipping the bellmen, housekeepers, waiters, drivers and local experts.
  • The customary gratuity to the Tour Direrctor is not included. Gratuities for your Adventures Guides are not included. If you feel that your Adventure Guides have provided excellent service, we suggest the following discretionary gratuity: Per Guest/Per Adventure guide/Per Day - $9 - $11 USD.
  • All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, dry cleaning, special food requests, etc.) and meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the client.

Land at Calgary Airport (YYC) and be greeted by Adventures by Disney representatives who will help you with your luggage and help you board the private, batched transportation to the hotel.

Spend the morning and/or afternoon—on your own in Calgary depending on your arrival time—getting to know this cosmopolitan city that still holds on to its ropin’ and ridin’ cowboy roots. Your Adventure Guides will be happy to give recommendations for things to do and see in this gorgeous city in the province of Alberta.

Allow your Adventure Guides to check you in to the Fairmont Palliser Hotel while you take time to explore this premiere hotel located in downtown Calgary. Known for its luxurious atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home in the elegantly appointed rooms and taking advantage of the array of amenities the hotel has to offer.

Roam the amazing ranch CRM Ranch that is home to a huge population of bison and elk, farming them since 1997. You’ll walk the lane to the paddocks and get an up close view of these majestic animals (through a fence).

You may also recognize the town as the location for some popular movies and TV shows. Enjoy lunch on your own.

Afterwards chill out as you watch a Disney movie while enjoying everyone’s favorite dessert—S’mores! Then Junior Adventurers may choose to join the fun of an optional scavenger hunt that uses clues and GPS technology to help you as you search for hidden hieroglyphs throughout the hotel property.

Spend the rest of the afternoon taking in the Canadian wonder that is Lake Louise, surrounded by astounding peaks that climb into the sky. Choose to canoe on the tranquil waters of Lake Louise or join your Adventure Guides on a hike to Lake Agnes Teahouse. You can also explore the area on your own by bike or on horseback—or just relax at the spa. Please note: Lake Louise canoes and Lake Agnes hike are included. All other activities are available at an additional cost.

Join your Adventure Guides for one of the most popular hikes in Banff National Park. Pass Mirror Lake and go under the Big Beehive cliffs on your way to the Tea House, where you can enjoy some fresh-baked bread. Or, you can spend a few hours exploring the natural beauty of Lake Louise on your own, or take advantage of the outstanding amenities offered at the hotel.

All rates listed are per person based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Your land package pricing will be confirmed and guaranteed once your deposit is received and applied to the booking, except where price increases may result from increases in government taxes or fees. Room configurations are subject to availability. Guests added to your party after the booking are priced at the prevailing rate at the time they are added.

  • ALL guests must carefully verify the existing identification requirements for their particular travel situation DIRECTLY WITH THEIR LOCAL CONSULATES OR EMBASSIES or with a visa service, as these requirements may change. Guests without proper documentation may be denied entry and will not be entitled to a refund
  • 120 days or more before departure: The per person deposit is forfeited.
  • 119-90 days before departure: 50% of vacation package price per Guest
  • 89-46 days before departure: 75% of vacation package price per Guest
  • 45 days or less: 100% of vacation package price per Guest
  • Any changes or cancellations to airline reservations made through Adventures by Disney either before or after departure are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independently supplied services, and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. If flight changes, including, but not limited to, flight cancellations or name changes, are requested after full land and air deposits are received, revision fees, change fees, or airline cancellation fees will apply.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing prior to tour departure. The cancellation policy will apply according to the date that the cancellation notification is received. The MINIMUM cancellation penalty is the deposit amount.
  • The purchase to trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Land only “from price” is per person based on two people sharing a room together and does not include airfare unless expressly stated.
  • All prices are in US Dollars.
  • A deposit is required to confirm a reservation, unless the reservation is made on or after the final payment date (as defined below) for the vacation package, in which case full payment is required. The deposit amount will be equal to ten percent (10%) of the vacation package price per Guest (the “Deposit”), not including any optional add-ons. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted all Terms & Conditions. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit payment is processed and you receive a confirmation invoice.
  • Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure. Within the final payment date, payment in full is required at time of booking to reserve space. Reservations are canceled if final payment is not received by the due date.
