After breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a Red Carpet Welcome and private tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia, the former royal yacht of the British monarch, Queen Ellizabeth II. Enjoy a lovely reception with fresh scones and coffee on the Royal Deck Tea Room and discover what life was like on board Her Majesty’s floating Royal residence.

A Blue Badge Guide leads you on a tour of the Palace of Holyroodhouse, which is the Queen of England's official residence in Edinburgh. Over the centuries, great events at Holyroodhouse have shaped the fates of England, Scotland and France. Please note: Holyroodhouse Palace may be closed on some dates in June due to Elizabeth, Queen of England, being in residence. In the event the Palace is closed, a tour of St. Giles Cathedral and the Thistle Chapel will be featured.

En route to Edinburgh Castle, make a stop at the Statue of Greyfriars Bobby, the renowned Skye Terrier. According to legend, this adorable pooch spent 14 years until his death guarding the grave of his owner. The story of Greyfriars Bobby was so remarkable that Walt Disney Productions turned it into a movie in 1961!

Stroll the Royal Mile, the commercial center of Old Town, and hear the lilting melody of the Scottish brogue in passing conversations. The glorious scenery will steal your heart if the mop-headed Highland cattle don't steal it first!

Join an expert on the estate grounds for a private lesson in archery. Don't have a bow and arrow handy? No problem! All equipment is provided. Then partake in a wee bit o’ friendly competition for all ages as you celebrate Scottish culture with traditional Highland games that may include the caber toss, shot put or tug-o-war. Take a lunch break with your fellow Adventurers featuring locally sourced Scottish foods served in the vintage marquee on the Inverdruie House lawn.

Take a step back in time as you and your fellow Adventurers enjoy learning about the culture, history and natural environment of the Rothiemurchus Forest. You’ll hear entertaining stories about the area from a local ranger, as well as get a great view of the dramatic and mysterious Highland 13th-century castle and see exceptional wildlife. Junior Adventurers can partake in a scavenger hunt along the trail.

Delight in a motor coach tour around the property, designed for both Adult and Junior Adventurers and led by two senior Rothiemurchus Rangers. Stop and feed the traditional Highland cattle, also known as “hairy coo,” with their huge horns and hairy coats. And discover the extraordinary Scottish red deer—feed these delightful animals while enjoying some magical views up the River Spey to Badenoch and across the glen to the Monadhliath Mountains.

All rates listed are per person based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Your land package pricing will be confirmed and guaranteed once your deposit is received and applied to the booking, except where price increases may result from increases in government taxes or fees. Room configurations are subject to availability. Guests added to your party after the booking are priced at the prevailing rate at the time they are added.

  • ALL guests must carefully verify the existing identification requirements for their particular travel situation DIRECTLY WITH THEIR LOCAL CONSULATES OR EMBASSIES or with a visa service, as these requirements may change. Guests without proper documentation may be denied entry and will not be entitled to a refund
  • 120 days or more before departure: The per person deposit is forfeited.
  • 119-90 days before departure: 50% of vacation package price per Guest
  • 89-46 days before departure: 75% of vacation package price per Guest
  • 45 days or less: 100% of vacation package price per Guest
  • Any changes or cancellations to airline reservations made through Adventures by Disney either before or after departure are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independently supplied services, and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. If flight changes, including, but not limited to, flight cancellations or name changes, are requested after full land and air deposits are received, revision fees, change fees, or airline cancellation fees will apply.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing prior to tour departure. The cancellation policy will apply according to the date that the cancellation notification is received. The MINIMUM cancellation penalty is the deposit amount.
  • The purchase to trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Land only “from price” is per person based on two people sharing a room together and does not include airfare unless expressly stated.
  • All prices are in US Dollars.
  • A deposit is required to confirm a reservation, unless the reservation is made on or after the final payment date (as defined below) for the vacation package, in which case full payment is required. The deposit amount will be equal to ten percent (10%) of the vacation package price per Guest (the “Deposit”), not including any optional add-ons. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted all Terms & Conditions. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit payment is processed and you receive a confirmation invoice.
  • Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure. Within the final payment date, payment in full is required at time of booking to reserve space. Reservations are canceled if final payment is not received by the due date.
